Managing a Customer Machine

Once the CloudOne Managed Customer Agent is installed, a technician may view the machine status from the CloudOne Managed Customer dashboard. To view status on a device:

  1. Login to the CloudOne portal
  2. Click Managed Customer from the navigation menu.
  3. A list of customers sorted by Compamy name will display.
  4. Locate the Company Name and click on the blue button on the right to expand the details


  1. Click the devices tab to view all machines being monitored for the corresponding company.



  1. The devices tabs will display each machine provided info on the following:
  • Machine Identifier
  • Windows version
  • Enable/Disable Monitoring
  • Completely Delete Device
  • Machine Make, Model, Serial and other information
  • Edit threshold values
  • Monitoring Status Indicators
