Managed Customer function provides basic manage services capabilities designed to generate recurring business back to your repair shop. Installing the CloudOne Managed Service Agent on a end customer’s Windows machine provides a monitoring service that advises of issues and sends a service request. 

Currently, the CloudOne Managed Service Agent notifies of the following issues:

    • Hard Drive Health
    • Disabled Device(s)
    • Low Disk Space
    • Disabled Firewall
    • No Virus or Malware Protection Installed
    • Available Windows Updates
    • Video /  Graphics Warnings
    • Blue Screens of Death / OS Crashes
    • Battery Health
    • Service Maintenance Reminder
