How to create a Technician Account?

 

Solution:

A Technician Account is a standard user account that allows a user to use all CloudOne toolkit packages but has limited access to only view his/her own reports.

 

To create a Technician Account:

1. Log in to the CloudOne Dashboard using your admin credentials.

2. Select Create An Account from the left navigation

3. Enter the new user information, accept the terms of service and then click the REGISTER button.

4. On the next window, click the Setup button to create a Technician Account.

 

5. Click the Select Image button.

Select a PNG image of your choice. Could be company logo, avatar or anything you prefer.

Enter the password and confirm password and then click the Update button.

6. You will be taken back to the main dashboard home. On the right side navigation, click Logout.

7. Now log back in using the newly created technician account.
